Fees & Charges

Postable Items

Variable shipping fee based on products and address will apply.

Free shipping for postable items (non-bulk freight) unless the delivery address is too remote.

Bulk Freight Items

Certain items such as Bull Bars, Steel Trays, and Lift Kits may incur additional freight charges, which will be calculated and applied at checkout. While we cover a significant portion of the shipping costs to support our valued customers, you will only be charged a part of the extra shipping fee required for your address. If you have any questions about bulk freight charges or encounter freight-related issues during checkout, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping options

At 4wheelhouse, we offer Standard Shipping and Pick up services.

  • Please select preferred shipping options in the checkout, once the item is shipped or ready for pick up an email notification or SMS will be sent with relevant tracking or pick up information.
  • For Pick up orders, some items may not be ready for immediate pick. So if you require something really urgently please call or contact us before ordering.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service is FREE and available at our branches in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Click & Collect is the easiest way to get your products without the hassle of shipping.

Please note: All Click & Collect orders require 1–3 days to organize, regardless of stock availability.

You will receive an SMS notification once your items are ready for collection. If your order is urgent, please call your selected branch directly, and our team will do their best to assist you.

To reserve your products, simply select Click & Collect as your checkout method and enter your postcode. Our system will check the latest stock availability at your nearest branches. If the items are available, you can reserve them immediately.
