Once your order has left our warehouse and is marked as complete, the points associated with that order will be added to your balance.

Once you are logged in click on the rewards tab on the bottom right of the website. Here you can see a summary of your points balance along with rewards earned and spent.

No need to worry about your points expiring. As long as your account remains active, your points will stay in your balance until you're ready to redeem them. As for redeemed points, you have a generous 180 days OR 6 months to enjoy the benefits before they expire from the day it was redeemed. Our advice?
