Do you offer international shipping or only in Australia?

At the moment we only offer shipping Australia-wide to keep our service as focused as possible, but we are happy to cooperate with couriers you book to pick up your items. Although we will be expanding our shipping network to include international coverage in the near future!

Can I return or exchange products if they don't fit or meet my needs?

If you’ve made a purchase mistake we can rectify it without needing to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us right away as most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.


If you’d like to return or exchange a product, no problem! We have a 60-day return policy (for change of mind) and offer a 100% fitment/return guarantee for parts that are prescribed as suitable (ordering incorrectly counts as change of mind).

If the item’s been fitted onto the vehicle we’d need to proceed with a manufacturer’s warranty claim.

Do you offer installation services for the parts and accessories?

4wheelhouse offers Fit it For You services for your convenience. We currently offer fitting services for all 4WD Suspension & Accessories that are listed as fittable on the website. Keep in mind we’re not a general workshop for basic servicing etc.

We currently only have a 4WD workshop in Sydney, Smithfield but the Fit It For You network is fast expanding! Parts are paid for on our website during the Fit It For Me checkout. The workshop will only take payment for fitting after the work has been completed.
