For 40 years, 4WD Interiors has provided reliable 4x4 accessories for off-road adventures, travel, and work. Founded in 1978 by Gary Plant, the company originated from his need for better storage solutions in his own Landcruiser while working in the Australian outback. His initial designs, including a dash shelf, top shelf, and overhead rack, proved so popular with friends that he transitioned from outback work to establishing a business in Perth, producing and selling his accessories.
